What are research peptides, and how are they used?
Research peptides are chemical compounds designed strictly for scientific and laboratory research. They are not intended for human or veterinary use and are typically used in preclinical experiments, academic studies, or product development testing.
Are your peptides tested for purity?
Yes. All Tundra peptides undergo independent third-party HPLC testing to verify purity, consistency, and quality. We provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs) with each batch for complete transparency.
Are your products legal to purchase internationally?
Our products are legal to purchase in the United States, Canada, the UK, and most of Europe for research use only. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Who can order from Tundra?
We sell only to qualified researchers, laboratories, and institutions. Orders from individuals for personal or recreational use will not be accepted. You must be 21 years or older to place an order.
How are orders shipped?
All orders ship same-day from a temperature-controlled facility via insulated cold-chain packaging with gel packs. Domestic US orders arrive in 2–3 business days; international orders typically clear customs within 5–10 business days. Tracking is emailed the moment your label is generated.
What is your purity guarantee?
Every batch is independently assayed by HPLC and mass spectrometry to a minimum of 99% purity. If a third-party test ever returns a result below 99%, we will refund the order in full and issue store credit equal to the testing cost.
How should peptides be stored?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C or colder in their sealed vial, protected from light. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within 28 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve potency.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the sensitive, temperature-controlled nature of our products, all sales are final once the cold-chain seal is broken. Damaged, mis-shipped, or out-of-spec orders are replaced free of charge — contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos.

How do I read a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Each COA lists the compound name, batch/lot number, manufacture date, assay method (HPLC / MS), measured purity, and the testing lab’s signature. The lot number on the COA matches the lot printed on your vial — full traceability from order to bench.
